Terms of Service.

These Terms apply to indies.lol and its games, quizzes, calculators, cards, and sharing features (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using it. Questions can be sent to the creator at @anishghosh103 on X.

indies.lol offers small activities for founders and people who make things. Quiz results, tarot readings, scores, roasts, and trading cards are for entertainment. They are not assessments of your abilities or predictions of future success.

The Quit Your Job Calculator and Domain Hoarding Tax use estimates and assumptions. They do not provide financial, investment, tax, legal, or career advice. Product revenue figures, domain prices, and exchange rates can be incomplete or out of date. Check the underlying information before making real decisions.

You can use many activities without signing in. Some features, including posting to leaderboards, pinning to the Bingo Wall, and saving a Founder Card draft, require X sign-in. You are responsible for the security of the account you use and for activity you submit through it.

Some unsigned-in progress is associated with your network address. People sharing a network may share that progress, and changing networks can change which progress you see. Saved progress is a convenience; keep your own copies of anything you want to retain. Our Privacy Policy explains how saving and sharing work.

The Service is currently free to use. If paid features are introduced, their pricing and any payment, cancellation, or refund terms will be presented before you purchase them.

Use the Service lawfully and respect other people. You must not:

• Upload or share content you do not have permission to use, or content that infringes privacy, copyright, or other rights.
• Harass, impersonate, threaten, or expose private information about anyone.
• Manipulate scores or leaderboards, bypass access controls, or disrupt the Service with automated requests or other abuse.
• Upload malicious material or attempt to access someone else’s private drafts or data.

We may remove submissions or restrict access to address abuse, security issues, rights complaints, or legal obligations.

You retain your rights in the original text, photos, and other content you contribute. You give us the limited permission needed to store, process, and display that content to provide the features you use.

Creating a share link makes its result accessible to anyone with the link. Posting a result to a leaderboard or the Bingo Wall also makes the associated result and profile information visible to the feature’s audience. Calculator shares can include your inputs. Check what you are sharing and avoid sensitive information.

You are responsible for your downloads and posts elsewhere. Contact @anishghosh103 on X with the relevant link to request review or removal of hosted content. We cannot remove copies other people have downloaded or published on other services.

The indies.lol branding, artwork, website design, and code remain subject to their owners’ intellectual property rights. You may use the download and sharing features for their intended purpose. This does not grant ownership of the site or third-party material. Product names, logos, and other trademarks belong to their respective owners; their appearance in a game does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

X sign-in, external product links, asset providers, and other third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control their availability, accuracy, or practices. indies.lol is not affiliated with or endorsed by X or the products featured in its activities.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation. Features, puzzles, saved data, and sharing links may change or become unavailable. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features, and you may stop using the Service at any time.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost data, or decisions made in reliance on activity results. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

We may revise these Terms as the Service changes. The date above identifies the latest update. Revisions apply to future use from publication, subject to any notice required by law. Please review this page when using new features.
